Що найбільше любить пані Маргарита у роботі з дітьми?
Момент, коли вони відкривають для себе щось нове - те, що ще вчора було незвіданим, а сьогодні вже стало маленьким особистим відкриттям.
«Для мене діти - це маленькі Великі Люди. І водночас кожен із них - окрема, неповторна галактика зі своїми кольорами, світлом, мріями й таємницями».
🇺🇦 Для пані Маргарити українська школа за кордоном - це місце, де зберігається зв’язок із рідним.
«Це острівець, де бережно підтримується ниточка нашого ДНК: “Козацькому роду нема переводу”. Це місце, де будується сильна воля, закладається незламний дух, а в наших Дітях запалюється жива енергія українства».
І для неї важливо, щоб діти не лише пам’ятали, хто вони є, а й несли далі це світло - у своє життя, свої мрії та світ навколо себе. 💙💛
❤️ А що вона хоче, щоб дитина відчула після її уроку?
Передусім - безпеку та довіру.
«Щоб знала, що поруч зі мною вона може бути собою, не боятися помилок і знати, що я ціную її не лише за результат, а просто за те, що вона є. Хочу, щоб ці маленькі Люди знали, що кожен із них особливий, унікальний і цінний».
🌱 І, можливо, саме з цього починається найважливіше - бажання пізнавати світ, пробувати, помилятися, знову пробувати й поступово ставати впевненішим у собі.
💙💛 Ми раді, що пані Маргарита продовжує свій шлях у Pro100 та цього року знову буде поруч із нашими дітьми.

In the new school year, Ms Margaryta will once again be welcoming our youngest pupils - this time as part of the First Crew. ✨
What does Ms Margaryta love most about working with children?
Those moments when they discover something new - something that was unknown to them yesterday, but has become a little personal discovery today.
“For me, children are little Big People. And at the same time, each of them is a unique, one-of-a-kind galaxy, with its own colours, light, dreams and secrets.”
🇺🇦 For Ms Margaryta, a Ukrainian school abroad is a place where the connection to home is preserved.
“It is an island where we carefully nurture the thread of our DNA: ‘The Cossack spirit lives on through generations.’
It is a place where strong will is built, an unbreakable spirit is nurtured, and the living energy of Ukrainian identity is kindled in our children.”
And for her, it is important that children not only remember who they are, but also carry this light forward - into their lives, their dreams and the world around them. 💙💛
❤️ And what does she want a child to feel after her lesson?
Above all - safety and trust.
“So that they know that beside me they can be themselves, not be afraid of making mistakes, and know that I value them not only for their results, but simply for who they are.
I want these little People to know that each of them is special, unique and valuable.”
🌱 And perhaps this is where something truly important begins — the desire to explore the world, to try, to make mistakes, to try again and gradually become more confident in themselves.
