Together, we’ll look at the Gospels, Acts, Romans, Paul’s letters, John’s letters, Peter’s letters, Revelation, and more — thinking about the historical context, why each book was written, the problems being addressed, and the theological themes being taught.

Explore Theology is a live online course designed to help you go deeper in God’s Word from the comfort of your own home.

Explore Theology starts online this September — and one of the modules is Explore Church History.

Together, we’ll trace the story of how Jesus has been building His church from Pentecost to the present day.

We’ll look at early church leaders, martyrs, medieval thinkers, the Reformation, the Puritans, the revivalists of the 18th and 19th centuries, and the story of the church right up to today.

And through it all, we’ll be seeing something far greater than dates and events: Christ building His church and sanctifying a bride for Himself.

It is a thrilling story — and we’d love you to come and study it with us as part of Explore Theology Online at The Faith Mission Bible College.

Marilyn will help students understand the historical and literary context of the Old Testament, see the bigger picture of the Old Testament as a whole, and trace how it points forward to Christ and is fulfilled in Him.

Scott and Ríona on their time at FMBC.

Scott and Ríona, two current students at The Faith Mission Bible College, were interviewed at the Faith Mission Bangor Easter Convention 2026 about their time at college so far.

In this conversation, they share what first led them to study at FMBC, how they have grown in their faith, what life in Christian community has been like, and some of the highlights of their first year. They also reflect on Thursday evangelism, ministry opportunities, favourite subjects, and how their time at college has helped shape their sense of God’s calling for the future.

If you are considering Bible college study, Christian ministry, mission, evangelism, or simply want to be better equipped to serve the Lord, Scott and Ríona’s reflections will give you a helpful glimpse into life at The Faith Mission Bible College.

Do you want to go deeper in God’s Word and be better equipped to serve in your local church?

Our new Foundation Awards at The Faith Mission Bible College are launching in September 2026.

These are flexible and accessible 40-credit study programmes, designed for those who want to benefit from Bible college training but cannot commit to a longer period of study. Each Foundation Award includes 60–80 hours of class time, taught in person by experienced lecturers.
