We are delighted to invite senior students in Scotland to apply to join Scotland’s delegation at the International Moot Court 2025, taking place from 25 November to 2 December 2025 in Câmpulung Muscel, Romania.
This exciting international event brings together high school students from across the world to debate and develop their understanding of international law. It promotes civic education, human rights, the rule of law, and international justice, while also offering the chance to exchange ideas and gain valuable intercultural experience.
All accommodation, meals, local transport, excursions, museum visits, and conference materials in Romania will be covered by the organisers.
Participants will need to pay for travel to and from Câmpulung Muscel, along with a participation fee. We will confirm the exact amount shortly.
While this invitation is open to all senior students in Scotland, priority will be given to those who have taken part in the Mock Court programme.
Participation in this event requires consent from the school and the student’s parent, guardian, or responsible adult.

We are hiring a Part-Time Administrator for the School Mock Court Case Project in Leith, Edinburgh.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about strengthening Scottish education and skilled in project coordination. You will be responsible for liaising with schools, courts, tutors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of our programme. The role also involves supporting fundraising efforts, assisting with marketing activities, and managing essential administrative tasks. Strong communication skills are key.

One of Mock Court's long term collaborators is currently doing their dissertation on evaluating the effectiveness of residential property surveys in Scotland. 🔑đźŹ

Calling all students in S3 to S6 who want the opportunity to engage in an international moot court!
The “Foundation Netherlands-Romania International Moot Court” is a program that the School Mock Court Project will be participating in between the 26th of November and 3rd of December in Romania.
This Saturday November 2nd 2024 we are holding a tutorial session from 10am to 5pm at Court of Session, Edinburgh at a cost of just ÂŁ10. This session is in preparation for the International Moot Court, which 8 lucky students will be selected to participate in.
