Today is and to mark the day, the EIS is publishing refreshed guidance on Menopause and Menstrual Health at Work. We hope this guidance will support the negotiation of workplace policies, help build supportive workplaces and contribute to creating a society in which no one experiences direct or indirect discrimination as a result of menopause or menstrual health.
