🥂🥳 CHEERS TO 14 YEARS!! 🥂🥳

Today, the 20th of May marks 14 years in business for Laura Anderson Brown Vocal & Guitar Tuition and what an AMAZING 14 years it has been! 🎙️🎶🎸

This journey would not have been possible without the support of my family, mentors and friends. To my family, thank you for encouraging me in all of my pursuits and inspiring me to follow my dreams. Thank you to my parents for teaching me that my job in life was to learn, to be happy and above all to help others. Thank you to my fiancé for being so supportive in everything I do, I can’t wait to become your wife in October! ❤️

I would like to thank all my wonderful students past and present for your passion, commitment and wholehearted dedication to learn the wonderful craft that is music. The sheer volume of talent that walks through my studio door each and every week is mind blowing. Being able to teach, inspire and build confidence in each and every one of my music students brings me so much joy and I could not be more prouder.

We have also been able to fundraise over the past 14 years raising £17,000.00 for some fantastic charities including; Meningitis Now, Children’s Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS),Rays Of Sunshine, West Lothian Food Bank and Children With Cancer Leukaemia & Supporting Parents (CCLASP)….SKYDIVING for our Rays Of Sunshine charity fund was an awesome experience- one I will never forget!

I have also had the privilege to perform as a vocalist for King Charles at the Edinburgh Business awards - such a surreal and amazing experience right at the start of my business journey back in 2012 with my then Jazz Band “Miss B & The 3”.

Our Studio will continue to be a warm & welcoming environment for all students to learn, build confidence and achieve their goals & dreams in all things music. I am looking forward to another fabulous 14 years of musical education at Laura Anderson Brown Vocal & Guitar Tuition and will ensure it is filled with as much positivity and enthusiasm as I can master!!

I’d like to end my wee post by saying thank you to all the amazing teachers out there who support, educate and aim to inspire. ‘Teachers’ - the late nights, prepping at weekends and never having a minute to yourself is well worth seeing your students excel in their studies. The gifts we give as teachers enrich our students, their families, their communities and make the world a better place for us all 💛
