MEET THE TEAM 🤩

Hi everyone, my name is Martha! I'm 20years old and have recently joined The Grange as supply staff. I'm currently a second year Child Health Nursing student, soon going into third year. Supporting and caring for children is something I'm really passionate about and find it so rewarding.

In my spare time I love spending time with friends and family, keeping active and staying on top of fitness. I'd describe myself as bubbly and supportive, and I'm so excited to continue my journey in this new role at The Grange.

Hi, my name is Cecile. I have worked in education in various ways for more than 25years. I started off my career as a language teacher in secondary education in France and then took a long break from teaching to home-educate my son, organising many activities and meet-ups with children of all ages along the way. My time as a home-educator made me realise that I absolutely love working with young children and supporting them in their learning. I am delighted to be starting at The Grange, getting to know the wonderful children, staff and parents.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, films, crafts and sports. I will play board games with anyone willing to, as I love play in all it's forms!

Hello! My name is Tristan and I'm 28 years old. I enjoy playing drums or guitar in heavy metal bands, adventuring around the world and reading any classic or fantasy books I can get my hands on. When I'm not working in education, I'm either doing maths or exploring old castles with my girlfriend!

Clir - Nursery Manager said "Tristan has joined us having a wealth of knowledge in this area and we are excited to watch Tristan develop and grow within the Nursery. As Tristan is on our Supply Team this means Tristan will be based in all of our rooms through-out the nursery so you may see him in all rooms. Tristan has been with us for a short time but through-out this time I have watched him build relationships with the children, staff and parents and provide our children with great learning experiences."

Hi I’m Gabby, I have 5 year experience in Early Years. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my fiancé and my dog Poppy. I am currently working towards my Level 4 Leadership qualification.

Clair, Nursery Manager - "Gabby will be joining us from Monday 16th March 2026 and she will be based in our Pre-School Room. As you can imagine having 1 Lead Practitioner in a very busy room with 45 children we feel that having 2 Lead Practitioners will be of benefit and both Imogen and Gabby will work together to ensure all of our children, parents and staff are supported at all times. We are very excited for Gabby to join our Thrive family and look forward to her sharing her professional knowledge and experiences with us.
