Exciting News! GROWING 🥳

I'm thrilled to announce that I've been invited by a regional NEWSPAPER in the Czech Republic to contribute fortnightly to their "Lifestyle" section on coaching. 🤗

This opportunity is both meaningful and nostalgic, as I aim to clarify misconceptions about COACHING and bring some more light into this (for many controversial) method.

📆This year marks 15 YEARS since I began my international journey. Having lived, studied, and worked in 6 countries, it's deeply nostalgic to now have a presence in a newspaper from the region where I attended high school and began studying in German. 🌏

Little did I know that this decision at 15 would profoundly shape my life. 🚀

It's an honor to “return” home as someone who has developed her own coaching business, committed to expanding understanding of this POWERFUL method I love. 🪃

INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY! 💃

🤯 It's astonishing to think about the number of amazing women I've had the privilege to coach who don't believe in themselves, doubt their abilities, and think they're not good enough.

👩‍🎓 Many of them have achieved more than an average person could ever imagine, yet they don't see themselves that way.

💃 They are incredibly strong, capable, knowledgeable, and always prioritize others. While some may perceive them as excessively strong, or too emotional, or weak, the reality is often far from that.

🙋‍♀️ Perhaps they've been too strong in their own way for too long, but they're still pushing themselves, working hard on personal development, and striving to achieve their dreams and goals.

BE THE ONE WHO:
🌟 changes their day and their perception of themselves today.
🌟 lifts them up and doesn't put them down!
🌟 is encouraging and supportive, and you will see the light shine.
🌟 says, "I believe in you!"
🌟 says, "Thank you, I see you!"

🤗 And most of all, remind them that they are BRAVER than they think, STRONGER than they feel, and more TALENTED than they know. They can accomplish whatever they set their mind to, and you can be a part of it, as they most likely won't forget that moment. 🌞

I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: PROFESSIONAL CERTIFIED COACH (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation! 🎉

It's a proud and happy moment as I celebrate the outcome of an effort that began in 2018 when I fell in love with coaching and received my ICF Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching. 👩‍🎓

🎬 I am thrilled to announce my next career step as an ICF PCC (2. level) coach. 🎉

⭐ Being an ICF credentialed coach means that I am committed to maintaining the highest standards in coaching for the benefit of my clients.
⭐ Coaching is a relatively unregulated profession. Being one of the 17 thousand PCC coaches (and among the approximately 42 thousand coaches with one of the three ICF certification levels) globally gives me the confidence to work with my clients at the quality levels I desire.

The criteria for earning the PCC Level include:
✅ 125+ hours of coach-specific training
✅ 500+ hours of client-coaching experience
✅ 10 hours of mentor coaching
✅ Successful completion of performance assessments (audio recordings)
✅ Passing a knowledge assessment (a 3-hour exam containing 81 coaching scenarios)

COACHING WORKSHOP 🥳

Transformational Coaching Day was great fun and success 🤩.

🤗We can’t be more happy about the feedback we received and once again I was able to experience the feeling many people incl. me are chasing “do what you love & love what you do”.

👏We felt fulfilled seeing our coachees working on their personal development and coming to those “AHA” moments when they were able to not only see but also address what doesn't serve them anymore.

✍️They left our workshop with an action plan and coaching tools to use any time they struggle to move forward. 💪

Our next workshop is going to take place in Edinburgh and we can't wait for people to experience the power of coaching 😊.

PRACTICAL COACHING EXAMPLE

🆘CAN NOT x CAN🛟

👉THE POWER OF SAYING: “You can, you’re allowed to do whatever feels right for you!”

🫠In some moments in our life we feel an internal conflict between what we really feel we want or don’t want to do versus what we feel we shall/should do to keep anyone else happy.

🥺My client was struggling with what to do, constantly being focused on what she can’t do.

🤔I asked her to look at it from a different perspective: “What can you actually do?”

🤫Then she stopped, said some ideas out loud and realised: “Wait, I can?”

🤗I asked: “What makes you think you can’t?”

💡She: “Hey! I actually can do this!”

🥳Oh ye I actually hear YOU CAN!

✍️Her take out from the session was the power of allowing yourself to do what feels right.

Everyone is fighting different battles, what is yours?

👋Think about it what you CAN do rather than focus on what you CAN’T do.
