What an amazing time at the Kip McGrath Conference & Awards in Birmingham, celebrating 50 years of tutoring with Kip McGrath! 🎉
It was fantastic to connect with so many wonderful people, catch up with familiar faces, discover new resources and hear from such inspiring speakers.
A huge well done to the Kip McGrath team for organising such a fabulous and inspiring event. The energy, passion and sense of community throughout the weekend were truly amazing.
It was so lovely catching up with everyone and sharing ideas and experiences. With so many of us together, it's going to be tricky finding everyone.😂📸

At Kip McGrath Edinburgh Tutoring Marchmont and Kip McGrath Edinburgh Tutoring Inverleith we always have fun—but yesterday was extra special!
We enjoyed a fabulous day out with some of our wonderful students. It was a real treat to spend quality time together, build even stronger connections, and see everyone getting to know each other better outside the classroom.
The smiles, laughter, and memories made it a fantastic day for everyone. As a small thank you for all their hard work and commitment, we were delighted to treat our students to this special Kip Trip.
What a brilliant day—we can't wait for the next one! 💙

We're excited to let you know that Kip McGrath Edinburgh Tutoring Marchmont and Kip McGrath Edinburgh Tutoring Inverleith will be taking the children on a day trip on Friday 17th July 2026.

We'll meet at Kip McGrath Marchmont at 10:00am, and the children will return to the centre for collection at 3:00pm.

During the day, we'll visit the National Museum of Scotland before heading to the Meadows for outdoor games. We'll stop to buy food during the day, so please send your child with around £5.

Children are welcome to bring friends or siblings aged 8–16 along with them.

Please ensure your child brings:

A water bottle

Weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable footwear

Around £5 spending money

If your child has any medical needs, allergies, or medication that we should be aware of for the trip, please let us know in advance.

If your child is bringing a friend or sibling who is not a Kip McGrath student, please let us know when you reply and include the parent/guardian's contact details, along with any relevant medical information.

🌞 Kip McGrath Summer Holiday Tutoring Sessions 🌞

We're delighted to be offering holiday tutoring sessions in maths and English both online and in-centre throughout the summer holidays!

📅 Monday to Wednesday🗓 29th June – 9th August

⏰ Session Times✔️ 10:00am – 11:10am✔️ 5:00pm – 6:10pm

📱 To book your place, simply text me with your preferred dates and times.

Need a different time? Please get in touch and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

📚 The last term-time session will be on Sunday 28th June.

🎉 Normal term time sessions resume from Monday 10th August.

We offer tutoring in maths and English for all ages 4-18, including early reading, writing, maths and English Primary and Secondary (Nat 4, 5 and highers)
