📣 Calling women trad climbers 📣
The Pinnacle Club Centenary Fund will give grants to women from under-represented groups, to help them achieve awards such as Rock Climbing Instructor (RCI), Mountain Leader (ML) or Mountaineering & Climbing Instructor (MCI).
Women from diverse backgrounds, who are traditionally under-represented in the trad climbing community, are invited to apply for grants towards the costs of training, skills development or assessment.
The Pinnacle Club was founded in 1921 to encourage the development of rock climbing and mountaineering amongst women. The fund, a legacy of the club’s centenary, aims to support women from under-represented groups into outdoor leadership, where they can have an influence as role models.
