We’ve all heard it before:
“Take a bubble bath.”
“Light a candle.”
“Do some yoga.”
While these things can be supportive, they often get packaged as solutions to burnout, overwhelm, and stress in the workplace.
But here’s the truth:
Self-care isn’t enough if your nervous system is constantly in survival mode.
That’s where nervous system care comes in.
At Wellbeing Training Academy, we help individuals and teams go deeper by teaching:
How to move from fight/flight to calm and centred
Tools to regulate stress in real time
Mindset shifts that reduce reactivity and increase resilience
Strategies to recover, not just push through
