Edinburgh University Students Association has announced the winners and runners up of the 5th EUSA Teaching Awards, at an Oscar style ceremony in front of invited University VIPs, shortlisted nominees and the students who nominated them.

Edinburgh University Students' Association (EUSA) last night gave certificates to members of Teaching Staff who have delivered great feedback in each of the University's Schools, as judged by School and Class representatives in each School.

Each year, University of Edinburgh students nominate those who have delivered excellent teaching for them in specific catagories, and a student panel judges from the nominated individuals, courses and subject areas who should win each of the Awards. EUSA’s Teaching Awards this year are evolving so that there will be an Award in each School given for excellent Feedback. If you have received excellent feedback, make sure that you nominate so that those who really help you improve through the year are recognised and rewarded!

The 2012 EUSA Teaching Awards Ceremony was held in Teviot Debating Hall on Wednesday 6th April 2012. The award attendees included shortlisted nominees, students and guests from the University and education sector.
