In person, or on Line lessons available too via Face Book, Zoom, Skype Whats App. £20 for 45min lesson. I have been playing the guitar and singing for over twenty years, solo and in various music groups, usually in a rock or folk style. I also enjoy playing solo classical guitar, slide guitar, Jazz/ blues tunes/standards, Rock and Roll and improvising. I enjoy playing both fingerstyle and with a plectrum. I can teach pupils from beginner to an advanced level and am able to teach students of any age. I have considerable experience of working with people of different ages and backgrounds. I am a member of the Registry of Guitar Tutors. I like to emphasise the fun aspect of music whilst stressing the need for technique and musicality. I have a grade 8 Acoustic Guitar Certificate. I teach from home but am also willing to travel provided the distance is not too great. I am based in Hackney, North London. I also play bass guitar/ harmonica and mandolin. I am currently studying towards diplomas in Classical Guitar and guitar teaching.
