Just wanted to let you know we have a new batch of the long awaited Academy rashguards in stock.
We have them in a choice of Black or Blue, short or long sleeve.
The cost is £30 for short sleeve and £35 for long sleeve.

I just had the privilege of hosting Ffion Davies tonight for a fantastic class. Huge thank you to Ffion for a great breakdown of passing the guard and finishing from the mount. I learnt a lot of great details.
