Home workout
Equipment needed is 15kg Dumbbells
2 sandbags from B&Q (£1.80 each)
2 heavy duty shopping bags
2 heavy resistance bands/1 mini band
I could rant for a while about coronavirus, society, humans etc. Instead, I think it's better to remain positive. Home workouts like this reminded me when I was 14 years old in my bedroom, before I knew what AMRAP, muscle failure and bodybuilding was... It was just an instinctive application of effort and masochism. Give it your all, keep healthy and look out for those around you in a less fortunate position.

This is with inconsistent eating and training due to Chelsea's work, doing 12.5 hour shifts back to back and nightshift means that some weeks Chelsea is only in the gym once, eating what ever her body needs to keep charged and recover
