🧁Bake Sale🧁
This Friday 4th September @ 12.20

​Get your sweet teeth ready! Our first bake sale of the new school year is happening this Friday, 4th September, straight after school in the playground.

🙏​We would hugely appreciate any donations of home baking! A few of our superstar bakers from last year have moved on, so we’re eagerly looking for new bakers to join the mix.

​If you’re able to contribute, here are a few quick reminders:
​✂️ Tray bakes: Please bring these pre-cut to help us out!
​⚠️ Allergens: If you drop baking off at the school office, please include a note with any allergen info.
​🥜 Nut-Free: As always, please remember we are a strictly nut-free school.

​All money raised goes directly to Friends of Leith Walk Primary School to support our children and the school community.

ℹ️Interested in lending a hand beyond baking? We’ll also have an info stall set up on Friday. Stop by to learn how you can get involved—whether that’s helping at future events, becoming a class representative, or supporting our fundraising efforts.

🏫✨ A HUGE THANK YOU! ✨🏫

​Thank you so much to everyone who came along to our
👕♻️ UNIFORM EXCHANGE & LOST PROPERTY RECLAIM! ♻️👕 today.

​It was fantastic to see so many families taking advantage of the opportunity to stock up on uniforms for the next school year. Not only does this save pennies, but it's also a massive win for the environment! 🌍💚

​We also want to say a BIG THANK YOU for the wonderful new donations of pre-loved uniforms handed in today—your generosity keeps this project running.

​🤔 What happens to the remaining items?
​If you missed the event today, don't worry! The left-over items are being put to great use:

🎓👖👗​School Uniforms: All unclaimed uniform items are heading to our 🏦School Uniform Bank, which is always available at the school office reception.

👚🥻👕​Non-Uniform Clothes: All unclaimed everyday clothing items will be donated to the Clothes Bank Container and local charities to help those in need across the wider community.

​Parents, carers, and guardians! Mark your calendars for this Friday, 19th June straight after the final bell. We are throwing open the doors to the school hall to help you sort out next year’s wardrobe and find those mysteriously missing jumpers!

​🕒 When: Friday 19th June, 12:30-13:00

🗺️Where: The School Hall (please enter via the West Montgomery Place door)

​🎒🎓👟👖👗Grab Free School Uniform
​Got growing kids? (Who doesn't?!) Come and browse our massive selection of pre-loved uniforms to get your youngsters ready for the next school year.
​Cost: Absolutely FREE!
​Do I need to bring clothes to swap? Nope! Just take what you need.
​Want to donate? Clean, good-quality uniform donations are always welcome if you have spares clogging up your cupboards.

​🕵️‍♂️ Reclaim Lost Property
​Is your child's favorite hoodie currently living its best life in our lost property pile? This Friday is your last chance to claim this year’s lost items before they are cleared out.
​⚠️ Note: Any items left unclaimed after Friday will be sorted into the permanent uniform exchange boxes outside the school office.

​Help the environment, save some pennies, and rescue those lost coats! See you all there on Friday afternoon! 🌍💚💷

🎉 THANK YOU to all the children and families who came to our 150th Anniversary Summer Fair and made it a day to remember! We loved seeing everyone celebrating our big milestone! 🥳🎈

🎉🍦 CELEBRATING 150 YEARS! 🍦🎉
​Mark your calendars! The countdown is officially on for our Summer Fair and 150th Anniversary Picnic! 🥳🎈 This is our big celebration to mark the end of the school year and a massive milestone for our school.
​📅 When: Friday 12th June
⏰ Time: 12:30pm – 2:30pm
📍 Where: Right here at school!
​We have an amazing afternoon lined up for the kids, including:

🎨 Face painting & dressing up
🎶 Great music & so much more!
​🤝 WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🤝
An event this big can’t happen without our amazing community. We are looking for volunteers to help make this day unforgettable for our kids. Can you lend a hand with any of the following?
