Who are we, you ask? 🌻

We're Anest and Chloe, two online entrepreneurs in our late twenties. In 2022, we embarked on a journey to create our own Network Marketing Business, and it has truly transformed our lives.

Anest is from North Wales, while Chloe called the Lake District her home. Fate brought us together and eventually we settled in the vibrant city of Edinburgh, Scotland. 🪴

Let’s talk… 🗣️

So we wanted to try something different in our platform today, talking about taking responsibility about our mistakes/actions.

Let’s face it we’re all human and we have all made mistakes. We often lay in our bed’s thinking about what we did wrong over and over again and it can drive us mad. It’s so easy to think that we don’t deserve happiness or good things happening to us because of the wrong things we did, said and caused to happen, and we blame ourselves about it. 😨

This can be a challenging time for all of us to actually accept the mistakes we made and to take responsibility about it, why? Because it set’s off an emotion that requires a LOT of healing within us. 💪🏻

Letting go and moving on with our lives can be hard at times as we tend to look at the past rather than the current moment we’re in and enjoying it. We either look at the past or the future, this is damaging in so many ways because we don’t allow ourselves to live and accept where we are in our current time in life. 😕

We could go on forever about this topic however our advice to you is accept that you made a mistake and learn from it, start your healing journey so you can get to know yourself on a deeper level, and just accept where you are in life and have fun! 💫

Writing this made us feel cringe, however we just wanted to put the message out there it’s ok to make mistakes, just make sure you learn from them and take responsibility, because only YOU can change your own life. 🫵🏻

It's easier said than done being the person you want to become and getting out of your comfort zone right?

We always try to beat the person we were yesterday however, sometimes it can feel like we are just going backwards. We are here to tell you that you are not alone because even the most successful people feel like this! ✨

We have a bad habit of comparing ourselves to others and thinking we have not made any sort of massive progress. We always tend to look at successful people's outcomes however we never see what they sacrificed, their emotions, and what their lives looked like during their progress. 💪🏻

Progress will get you to places you never thought that was possible, so whatever you are going through during your progress just keep going because if you quit now, all that effort and sacrifices you took just to get where you are now was all for NOTHING! 🤯

Feeling overwhelmed? 😩

Life can be tough sometimes.

Money problems and that craving for a fresh start can really hit hard.

We totally get it! 💪

Here are some simple tips to take care of your mental well-being:

Take a Break: When everything's piling up, don't be afraid to step back for a while. Give yourself a breather, even if it's just for a few minutes. Clear your mind and get some perspective. A quick break can do wonders!

Breathe Deeply: Deep breathing is a cool trick to calm those nerves and find your zen. Try this easy technique: Inhale slowly for four counts, hold for four counts, and then exhale for four counts. Do it a few times till you feel centred.

Prioritise Tasks: Overwhelm can hit when you've got a million things to do. Make a list and focus on what's most important. Break down big tasks into smaller, doable steps. You'll make progress without feeling swamped.

Reach Out for Support: Remember, you don't have to go through it alone. Talk to someone you trust about what's bugging you. Sharing your feelings lightens the load, and getting support can be a real strength.

Practice Self-Compassion: Don't be too hard on yourself when you're overwhelmed. It's okay to feel this way. Be kind to yourself and skip the self-criticism. You're doing your best, and that's what counts. Treat yourself like a good friend going through the same stuff.
