Hello all

You may (or may not…) have noticed that I haven’t been round for a while. This is for a few reasons, which have now brought me to the decision to close my business.

My time, both physical and mental, is now getting taken up with ensuring that Mum is ok. What with the pandemic etc my own Mental Health hasn’t been brilliant so I have very reluctantly made the decision to close the business down.

In time I may start again or do something that is totally different but doesn’t take up so much time - who knows.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me and my business over the years - would love it if you were able to keep in touch .

My goodness we’ve got so much to be grateful for. Yes there is a lot going on in the world right now which if we focus on only then we will miss all the amazing things.

Just stop, and think what you have and are surrounded by and realise how much you’ve got going for you.

What does it take to have self-believe?

To know that you can do it - whatever IT is.

It’s about knowing where you are going, not getting bogged down in the ‘How’ Just knowing that if you stay tuned into whatever it is you want, then you will achieve it - today, tomorrow, next year, whenever.

Do you love what you do?

“When you love what you do, you’re not working.”

We’ve all heard that expression haven’t we, but how many of us actually believe it.

If you love what you do, it isn’t working, because you have passion. It’s passion for something that pulls you towards your goal and helps you grow.

If there is no passion in what you do, then there will be no growth and you will stagnate, become depressed and then stuck in a wheel of the same old, same old.

On this wonderful Friday afternoon - what does happiness look like to you?

Some ‘happiness’ things for me are:

Feeling confident in what I do in supporting others to change their lives.
Feeling supported by family and friends
Feeling financially secure
Feeling free to have control over my own thoughts
Feeling a sense of achievement at the end of each and every day

To be happy we have to know ourselves to know what causes that emotion ;-
