On Thursday, 2nd October 2025, we proudly hosted the Built Environment, Business & STEM Careers Fair 2025 Oriam, our largest careers event of the year, featuring 67 top employers on campus and 1400 students and graduates in attendance.
The fair was a fantastic opportunity for our students to:
* Explore graduate jobs, internships, placements, and part-time opportunities
* Gain insights into career pathways across multiple industries
* Build professional confidence through networking with recruiters and industry leaders
Employers shared how impressed they were with the enthusiasm, professionalism, and career focus demonstrated by our students.
Students and Graduates left feeling more informed, inspired, and ready to take the next step in their career journeys.
Heriot Watt Careers Service, we are committed to creating opportunities that connect students with industry, helping them develop the skills and networks that lead to successful futures.
A huge thank you to all 67 organisations who joined us at Oriam and to our dedicated teams for making the event such a success.
