Embarrass yourself. Participate. Ask the question. Be a beginner. Try at something. Be IN your life. You’re gonna die one day. ☠️ What’s gonna matter to you on your death bed? Between just you and you - what’s gonna actually matter?

This event came in at last minute, so with no prep time to create a proper journey for the audience like I usually do, I had to take a leap of faith and do something more scrappy, less rehearsed. 😱 But it went really well - it was a good reminder that I actually just love the thrill of learning something amazing about being a human and then teaching it to an engaged audience. It reminded me that this is meant to be fun. You have to throw yourself in and trust yourself sometimes ✨

I haven’t been able to take my eyes off Artemis 2. At the end of every long day, I’ve curled up in bed and watched the daily videos coming back from this historic crew. The most touching, heartening, perspective-shifting event I have ever lived through. “Earth, this tiny life boat”. At a time when we lefty snowflakes needed hope, purpose and meaning more than ever - Artemis 2 seems to have come out of nowhere, like an angel, delivering a message. From our tiny human perspectives we see ourselves as so separate - and it gives us an illusion of control. But the much bigger, much more real truth is that in the grand scheme of things, in fact, we are one. Inextricably, vulnerably one. Terrifying, humbling, and reaffirming why we promote love and acceptance - it’s not fluffy, it’s the only logical solution.
