Friends of Prestonfield Our meetings are informal and focus on a topic of interest. Most recently the money was spent on the new Jungle Jim for the schools playground.

Support our pupils, teachers and local stakeholders to make the best small school in Edinburgh even better. What do we do:
- We have several meetings a year in the school (due to Covid these meetings have been online) which any parent or carer are very welcome to join. We also have an update from the Head Teacher and time to discuss items that are brought up by parents/carers. Please note that it is not appropriate to raise any issues regarding individual children at these meetings, these should be raised with the Class Teacher or a member of the Senior Management Team.
- Organise fundraising events. All money from any events we run go straight into the Friends of Prestonfield Primary School account. More information and the minutes from previous meetings can be found on the schools website. https://prestonfieldprimary.co.uk/information/parent-council/

A huge thank you to everyone who helped, donated and/or came along to our Spring Fair on Saturday. It was a fantastic afternoon for the school and the local community. We raised a total of £1,552.26 😊
