Client Testimonial - Ross
Ross was one of my new clients in 2025 and I’m so glad that both he and his partner found the sessions fun, challenging and made noticeable progress during their time training with me.
Thank you both - I can’t wait to see what we achieve in the future

Client Testimonial - Rob Brown
Rob has been training with me almost weekly since the summer of 2019.
I’m really proud of the progress he’s made in that time and that he’s found our training to be a game changer.
Thank you Rob. I can’t wait to see where we take your training to next year.

While some may have written off achieving their goals this year and are waiting for January… here’s what you could achieve by the end of the year if you start today:
* Week 1: Set yourself clear goals and lock in a routine.
* Week 4: You’re already starting to see & feel the benefits. Clothes start fitting better, and you’re already seeing a difference in the scales.
* Week 8: You’re feeling more confident with the positive changes you’ve made & people around you start to notice the difference.
* Week 12: Your routine feels natural. These aren’t “chores” anymore - they’re habits.
* Week 15 (Christmas!):
* Week 16 (Happy New Year!): You’re starting the year leaner, fitter, stronger, and proud of the progress you’ve made.
👉🏻 The BEST part?
You’ll spend Christmas & New Year with family & friends, enjoying every moment without guilt and without having to “start over”.
💪🏻Work with me 1-2-1 (or with a buddy) and make the next 16 weeks the best decision of your year.

I’ve been training Fraser for a year now.
It’s been a pleasure to see the progress he’s made not just in terms of his strength but his confidence overall.
Thank you for your review Fraser.

As the summer holidays come to an end, it’s the perfect time to reflect and set your goals for the rest of the year.
However, many of us fail because we are either overly ambitious or too vague with our goals.
Here’s how to set some realistic goals that you can actually achieve:
1. Be Specific:
Instead of “I want to get fit,” try “I will exercise for 45 minutes, three times a week.” Specific goals provide clarity & make it easier to track your progress.
2. Make It Measurable:
Include measurable criteria. For example, “I will drink 8 glasses of water every day” is easier to measure than, “I will drink more water.”
3. Start Small:
Break larger goals into smaller, more manageable steps. If your goal is to run a marathon next year, start by committing to a short daily walk or jog, gradually increasing your distance over time.
4. Stay Flexible:
Life can be unpredictable. If you miss a workout or indulge on a night out, don’t be too hard on yourself. Adapt your goals as needed & keep moving forward.
5. Celebrate your Wins:
Acknowledge and celebrate your achievements, no matter how small. This will keep you motivated and reinforce positive habits.
By setting realistic and achievable goals, you’re more likely to have a more successful end to the year.
