The last in this season's elections have now completed. Supposedly, the electorates have spoken and winners are being announced. For whatever reasons, for whoever you voted for, and for whoever was selected or elected, Nigeria moves on. The rot I pray/hope does not move on with the country of my birth. I pray/hope that the reasoning behind rewarding parties that have failed the nation so abysmally will bring benefits to the polity and not just the few who determined change is not yet here....

Be mindful of the echo chamber you exist in. As humans we tend to thrive in an 'echo' system that suits our fundamental biases. The political 'echo-chamber' might be detrimental to our collective intelligence (Inverse.com, 2023) but we feel more comfortable within groups that agree with our partisan political bias. Moreover, politicians who don't have policy successes to promote will whip up the tribal/ethnic/racial sentiments....
