this is what a real RA day looks like — classes, library runs with friends, an hour at the meadows to breathe, and then clocking in for duty at 5:30. emails, resident check-ins, event planning, team meetings every two weeks. and somewhere in between all of that — date with a book, arts and crafts, karaoke nights and so much more for her residents.
she called it rewarding. we believe her.
