Team NTTKD success at the Caerphilly 2k this morning - huge well done to all who took part 😀

The 2k is just a week away! Sunday 10th May.
We’ll meet near the start at 8.45am for a quick warm up - look out for our flag!

Saturday 2nd May - Cardiff classes are on as usual
Sunday 3rd May - NO Sparring class
Monday 4th May - NO Caerphilly class
Wednesday 6th May - back to normal, Caerphilly class on

We are proud to have some amazingly talented ladies training at and competing for our club.
Plus an inspirational lead instructor championing women and girls in the sport.
Nicola is a 6th Degree Black belt, 9 times World Champion and an excellent role model.

The English Open Championships are coming up soon, so if you’re thinking of taking part, you need to get your form in.
A large National competition, it still has a lovely TKD community vibe.
It’s a great opportunity to test your TKD skill, watch some amazing TKD talent and grow as a martial artist.
