Supporting learners and employers to develop 📚

We work with NurtureOne Childcare based in Wales. Richard Bland, Residential Services Manager at NurtureOne gave some lovely recent feedback about our assessor Dan recently. He said:

“Dan offers candidates close and positive support which clearly helps them develop and progress with their learning. He has eased himself naturally into the home environment and understands this well and respects the young people and staff working within which allows positive learning to take place.

Dan is mindful of barriers to learning and encourages people well to overcome them which results in positive progress for all. He has become 'part of the furniture' and is welcomed every time he attends by all at the home.”

A rising star within the sector 🌟

Our learner Morgan Higginson is achieving great things, not only has she recently completed her Level 3 Health and Social Care (Adults), she has won a national care award within her company for being a rising star (the award event included a day out in London).

If that isn't enough, Morgan has reached the finals for the National Care Awards and will be attending the finals this month.

There is nothing stopping you achieving what you what to be - just believe in yourself.

💡 What is your top tip you would give a learner/employer regarding Apprenticeships? Learners should ask questions, be open about any challenges and make the most of opportunities to gather evidence from their everyday role. Employers can really support this by providing time, encouragement and opportunities for learners to put their knowledge and skills into practice.
