This is more than a compliance role.

You’ll play an important part in helping us maintain the highest standards across our apprenticeship programmes — improving data quality, supporting contract performance, ensuring audit readiness and, ultimately, helping our learners achieve successful outcomes.

You could be a great fit if you have experience within apprenticeships, work-based learning, education or funded training and have a strong understanding of compliance, audit and quality assurance.

Celebrating learner achievements 🎉

We are absolutely thrilled to celebrate Keyon Davies on completing his Health and Social Care Level 3 Children and Young People qualification.

Keyon explains: “I’m incredibly proud to have completed my qualification with Apprenticeship Wales. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the course and gained a significant amount of both personal and professional development.

The skills and knowledge I developed have enabled me to progress into a Team Leader role within my company, which is an achievement I am extremely proud of.

I cannot thank my assessor, Sarah, enough for her support and encouragement throughout my learning journey. Sarah tailored her support to meet my individual learning needs and always approached every interaction with kindness and patience. She continually motivated me to challenge myself and reach my full potential, even when I doubted my own abilities.

Being recognised for the hard work and effort I put into completing this qualification has made the experience even more rewarding. I never imagined that I would one day wear a cap and gown, let alone be nominated for Learner of the year. Attending the ceremony was an incredible experience, and I loved every second of it.
