Busy mat tonight!
Beginners getting stuck in and as always our existing members showing up with open arms to welcome them in.
I feel like the club is growing faster than I can keep up with it at the moment 😅
I’m grateful for where it’s at and who I get to spend so much of my time with - any proper gym is like an extended family, and we’re no different. We’re not perfect but we’re real and doing our best. Loosing the need to be liked or understood is one of the most important pieces of work I’ve personally had to do over the last couple of years - and it’s paying off big time. No matter how good your intentions or how hard you try - you can’t please everyone. Stand in your truth, power and integrity. Who’s meant to be next to you, will be right there ❤️❤️
So much on the cards over the next couple of years as well, where this’ll be in 5 years at this rate is going to be nuts.
