Cannot recommend meditation enough!! Give it a try, maybe it might just help with your mental stress. It could actually give you far more benefits but unless you try you’ll never know.

Im working near my old primary school which i havent seen in quite some time. It got me thinking about how far I have come as a person from my humble begginings. Remember school is just one part of our lives it doesnt define you. Its easy to get emotional over grades but life is constant learning all through your life. Once you realise that your never to old to learn new things it will open up a whole new world to you.

In 2022 i was disgnosed pre diabetic through some routine checks. Being 40 and wanting to ensure a healthier happier life for my older years i set myself a goal to lose the body fat and get healthier. I did this by writing my goal and placing it on my timeline. Then by eating mainly whole foods and working out 4 times a week and sticking to 10,000 steps a day these are my results.
