🎭 MUSICAL THEATRE SYLLABUS LAUNCH 🚀

We’ve had such an amazing and inspirational 3 days at the official launch of the Royal Academy of Dance Musical Theatre program!!

It’s honestly been such an inspiring 3 days, learning from other teachers, seeing where this syllabus will take our school it’s honestly just been amazing 🥰

It’s the first of its kind, the complete triple threat syllabus with such a strong focus on the staging and performing dance element - and there’s so much scope with group awards and exams there’s so many qualifications we can be achieving!! 🥰💕🥰

Yes I was a crazy mad woman doing this course with a newborn, especially when I’ve only recently started walking again, but I’m so keen to get the ball rolling on this for September and upcoming shows that I just had to get on this course 🥰💕

Loving life and took every mode of transport to get there but we did it - and Penelope was truly spoilt and loved every minute 🥰💕 she can’t stop talking about it!!

Some extremely exciting times ahead!!!

We’ll be practising Penelopes ballet positions over the summer hols 💕🥰

We can’t wait to share all the exciting things we’ll be planning over the summer holidays ahead of September 🥰💕

We also just wanted to do a shout out to Veronica Jane Lewis who make the best handmade original outfits which we are loving right now 🥰💕 they’re based The Old Library and honestly we can’t get enough of them - outfits from newborn to 4/5 years all made with so much love and 100% cotton 🥰💕

We’re super excited to announce our newest edition to our ballet community, little lady Penelope 🥰💕

Miss Victoria has started slowly popping into classes, getting stronger each day and determined to be back soon to see you all 🥰

We’re now feeling better to start catching up on messages etc., thank you for your patience and we’ll be back to you really soon now we’re not so medicated 🤣🙈 (it’s been a journey last couple of weeks)

Please continue to be patient as Penelope dictates which classes we are able to attend currently 🤣🙈

Fun fact: Ballet actually began during the Italian Renaissance in the 15th century and later became highly popular in the French royal courts, especially under King Louis XIV, who even performed in ballets himself!
