I have made the difficult decision to take a break from the zumba sessions at the manor for now. I will keep you posted if these get restarted in future.

I am also Excited to announce there will be a new zumba session starting in February on Fridays at Hollingdean community centre. More info soon!

First session is free and £7 a class after that!
