Brighton School of Taekwon-Do We're a martial arts club teaching traditional ITF Taekwon-Do in Brighton and Hove. Taekwon-Do is the art of self-defence that originated in Korea.

Using hand and feet techniques such as punches and kicks, Taekwon-Do helps to increase your confidence, your strength and your fitness. Taekwon-Do will keep you physically active and instil a sense of achievement, as you work your way up to your black belt. As a total body workout, you will also learn effective self-defence techniques whilst burning up to 500 calories per hour. We are affiliated with the International Taekwon-Do Federation and the United Kingdom Taekwon-Do Association. All instructors are DBS checked.
