When you want to learn the new choreography but have a full on day job and run 2 franchises as well as running a dance school on weekends and trying to be a mum and wife!

Your instructors put so much work into trying to bring new choreography to class to help keep them fun, motivating and challenging but do bare with us sometimes as we also have lives outside of classes 😂

We don’t always get it right but we make sure it’s fun and you still get that great workout. The first thing I was taught when training was “If in doubt, tap it out” 😂

This is the best way to enjoy a cardio workout!

It’s getting to that time of year where the weather is wet and miserable so we don’t want to be having to go out in the rain for a run just to get our cardio in! Running is also so harsh on your knees and other joints. Rebounding takes away that hard impact keeping your joints safe from injury and pain.

Easy to follow routines, adaptable for all levels of fitness and abilities, not to mention the great tunes we workout to.

Want to know what I mean when I get excited about going to CPD? Take a look at what it’s all about.

Training and improving our own teaching techniques, meeting master trainers, meeting other franchise owners from around the country, spending money on new fits for class and having our own amazing workout.

Are you someone who wants to attend a class but is nervous about going alone? I felt like that the first time i went to CPD on my own, but I everyone is there for the same reason and we all come together and talk, it’s always a welcoming atmosphere. Now I don’t think twice about going there alone! I’d get FOMO if I didn’t go now. So come to a class and see how warm and welcoming we are ❤️
