Kegels are only part of the picture. These exercises have been proven to strengthen and improve pelvic floor function more than kegels. Crawford et al. 2016.
These stats say it all - kegels cannot strengthen your body for day to day life and your pelvic floor needs to be able to handle load and impact in all directions.
These exercises are a great starting point to start improving pelvic floor function.
Ive used props here as they can help cue the pelvic floor and support mind muscle connection but all can be done without balls and bands.
