Just because you’ve had a 6-8 week check does not mean your healing process is complete.

True physiological and structural recovery is a long-term process. Connective tissues, ligaments, and core strength continue to stabilize and heal up to a year or more after childbirth with different birth outcomes having different impacts and considerations.

That’s why we provide small group training with a 1:1 consult and baby support so you can focus on moving well and we can support your individual needs.

Your postnatal class instructor should be aware, adapt and guide you with:

- c section recovery timelines
- Diastasis recti checks and progressions
- individual recovery timelines and goals
- support you with how breathwork can support a healthy functioning pelvic floor and core canister

I might not make all the people or all the mummy’s strong but I do love to support mamas to find a love for strength and fitness and enjoy the process.

I 100% believe in treating movement as a positive for mums.

To focus on the good stuff.

To support mental and physical health.

To build mums up from postpartum for life in a safe supported way.

Our new Zone4 classes are now live. Join us ast their supportive training sanctuary to focus on your posnttal return to training.

Build strength with our postnatal strength courses on Thursdays at 10:50 and midday - 9 week courses with baby support from our expert doulas.

Focus on core, pelvic floor and posture in our baby barre-lates class and feel the burn. Babies are with you in this class.

Courses all start from 20th June onwards ❤️
