🐴💗 And that’s a wrap on our summer pony camps! 💗🐴

We’ve officially had our last pony camp of the summer holidays, and what an amazing 7 weeks it has been! 🥹☀️

Yesterday was another fantastic 5 hours packed full of amazing pony activities, fun, laughter and, of course, lots of pony cuddles! 🐴💕 We honestly can’t believe how quickly the summer has flown by!

A huge well done to every single one of our campers, both the new faces who joined us this summer and all of our familiar faces who return to us every summer. It is so lovely watching you all grow in confidence, learn new skills and have so much fun with the ponies. 🥰🐎

As the summer comes to an end, we want to wish you all the very best of luck heading back to school! 📚✏️ Some of you are even starting at a brand-new school — how exciting! We’re sure you will all do absolutely amazing. 🌟

Enjoy your next adventure, keep smiling and keep being brilliant! 💕 We can’t wait to see you again in the next school holidays and hear all about how you’ve been getting on! 🥰

Double the Ponies, Double the Fun! 🐴

We had a fantastic action-packed day hosting two Mini Pony Camps today! ☀️

Our morning group kicked things off with amazing energy, and our afternoon group kept the momentum going beautifully. For the second camp, every single child was completely new to pony camps!

A few riders started out feeling a little nervous at first—which is totally normal—but they showed so much courage. By the end of our lovely long trail ride out to the woods, the nerves were completely gone and there were smiles all round! 🥰🌲

Of course, our absolute superstar ponies looked after their riders every single step of the way. 🐾❤️

A huge well done to all of today's mini jockeys—you should all be so proud of yourselves! 🏆

Following lots of requests from parents, we’ve added ONE LAST 5-HOUR PONY CAMP to our diary for children who are still off school! 🥰🐎

📅 Friday 4th September
⏰ 10am – 3pm
💷 £55 per child

A whole 5 hours of pony fun, learning, grooming, riding and making memories! 🐴💕✨

⚠️ This really is the LAST Pony Camp we’ll be adding, so if your child would love to join us, don’t miss out!

🐴✨ What a fantastic 5-hour Pony Camp we had today! ✨🐴

The children had such a lovely, fun-filled and educational day at the yard! 💕🐎

We were very lucky to have our farrier visit today, giving the children a brilliant opportunity to learn all about looking after our ponies’ feet. They got to see exactly what goes into keeping those hooves healthy and well maintained, and even watched how a shoe is fitted to a horse. 🐴👣 Such a great hands-on learning experience!

Then it was back to our usual yard duties, with the children getting stuck in and helping to:
🌾 Make up haynets
🐴 Catch and groom the ponies
🧹 Help around the yard
🏇 Enjoy a lovely hack before the rain arrived!

After all that fresh air and hard work, it was time for lunch before heading back for some games in the school and lots of fun races! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🐎 There were plenty of smiles and lots of laughter!

The afternoon continued with sorting the ponies out and getting them ready to be turned back out for the evening. 🌿🐴 Then, of course, there were more haynets to make up for the ponies’ breakfast tomorrow morning before our Saturday group lessons.

A little tidy-up of the yard, and then it was home time! 🥰

What a busy, productive and fun 5 hours — lots of learning, lots of pony time, plenty of hard work and, most importantly, lots of happy children! 💕🐴

Well done everyone, you were all fantastic! 👏✨

🌧️🐴 Mini Camps Today! 🐴🌧️

What a day of weather changes we had today! Our morning mini camp was a very wet and soggy one, but every single child did absolutely brilliantly and bravely faced the rain. 🌧️👏

All of our ponies were little superstars ⭐️ They looked after each of their riders so beautifully and took everything in their stride.

After lunch, the rain finally stopped for a little while, giving our second group of riders a lovely chilled ride to the woods and back. 🌳🐎 We then finished off with some fun on the ground, steering a pony around an obstacle course before heading home. 🐴💕

A huge well done to all of our riders today — you absolutely smashed it despite the massive change in weather! 👏🥰 We are so proud of every one of you!

And while we certainly could have done with a little less rain today, our fields are definitely still crying out for MORE rain! 🌧️🌱 We desperately need the grass to start showing so our lovely ponies have plenty of delicious grazing. 🐴💚

Today we had another lovely day of Home Ed ride and groom sessions 🐴💗

It was so lovely to see all our usual faces, but even more special to welcome some new children to the sessions too! 🥰

One little girl was so excited to come along, but when she arrived she felt very shy and wasn’t quite ready to get out of the car. And that is absolutely okay. ❤️

As we know, the ponies have a wonderful way of winning the hearts of children, so one of our lovely ponies went over to say hello at the car. 🐴 No pressure, no expectations and no need to ride — just a little pony visit.

And it worked! 🥰 She soon found the confidence to come over and join us for some grooming. By the end of the session, it was absolutely lovely to see her smiling, happy and comfortable around the pony. 💕

This is exactly what our sessions are all about. There is no pressure to do anything with the ponies. It doesn’t matter if a child rides, has a quick groom, simply stands nearby, or just spends time getting to know their pony.

What matters is that every child enjoys their session, has fun, feels safe and happy, and starts to build that special connection with their pony. 🐴❤️

Sometimes the smallest steps are the biggest achievements, and seeing a shy little smile turn into confidence makes our day! 🌈✨

We are so proud of all our Home Ed children and love watching each one grow in their own time. 💕🐴

Another fantastic 5-hour Pony Camp done today! 🐴💗

We’ve had SO much fun, and I honestly can’t believe the summer holidays are nearly over! 😭 Just two more weeks and then it’s back to normal, with our group lessons starting again after school. 🥰

A huge well done to every single one of the children who came along today! 🌟 You all absolutely smashed it in your own way.

Some of you made new friends 🤗
Some had their first canter! 🐎💨
Some walked off the lead rein for the very first time! 🙌
And everyone had a go, learned something new and had lots of fun along the way. ❤️

It’s so lovely seeing how much confidence the children gain throughout the day, and watching those little moments they’ll remember for a long time. 🥹🐴

Well done, everyone — you should all be incredibly proud of yourselves! 💕👏

What a hot and fun-filled week we’ve had at pony camp! 🐴☀️💦

The children have had such a lovely time making new friends, grooming the ponies in the shade and enjoying rides out to the woods and back, helping us keep both ponies and riders as cool and comfortable as possible.

We’ve also enjoyed lots of little pony wash-downs to cool everyone off, followed by our ever-popular sweetie hunt at the end of the day before parents arrived! 🍬🐴

A huge well done to all the children who swapped their afternoon sessions to this morning. With temperatures heading up to 35°C, we definitely made the right decision to cancel this afternoon’s session. It’s a scorcher out there! 🥵🌡️

Thank you all for being so understanding and flexible. Most importantly, we’ve kept our ponies and children happy, safe and cool while still having lots of fun! ❤️🐴

Hi everyone 😊

Unfortunately, we have had to make the decision to cancel tomorrow’s 12:30 Mini Camp as temperatures are forecast to be in the 30s. This is simply too hot for both the children and our ponies, and we have to put the welfare of the ponies and our staff first. 🐴☀️

We can, however, move everyone booked onto the Mini Camp to our morning Pony Camp from 10am–12pm, when it will be much cooler and more comfortable.

Please text back to confirm what you would like to do — whether you would like to move your child to the morning Pony Camp, or if you would prefer to make alternative arrangements.

We’re really sorry for the change and any inconvenience caused, but we hope you understand that the safety and welfare of everyone comes first. ❤️
