✨ Looking for a gentle way to move, stretch and unwind? Our friendly Chair Yoga sessions are designed for everybody — whatever your age, experience, mobility or ability 🪑💛

Each session includes:
✨ Gentle chair-based movement
✨ Simple stretches
✨ Relaxation and breathing techniques
✨ A calm, welcoming atmosphere

And the best part? No getting down onto the floor and everything can be done at your own pace.

💰 Classes are just £5 per session

🪑 Mondays — Sheepy Memorial Hall at 6:45pm

🪑 Thursdays — Grove Sports & Social, Atherstone at 9:45am

🪑 Thursdays — Market Bosworth Community Library at 11:45am

Whether you’re looking to improve mobility, take some time for yourself, ease stiffness, or simply enjoy moving more gently, you’ll be made to feel completely welcome 🌿

There’s no pressure to “keep up” — just come along, move in a way that feels good for your body, and enjoy the session.

We’ve had a brilliant day at Atherstone’s Big Weekender!
The kids (and big kids) had plenty of fun!
