RE-OPENING DATE FOR THE SECOND SEMESTER 2025/2026 AND JANUARY INTAKE.
Dear members of student body and faculty,
BEST shall reopen her doors for the second semester 2025/2026 academic year on the 19th of January 2026. On this same day, entrance shall be conducted for new students who could not make it to school in August 2025. Please, spread this information as far and wide as possible. Encourage every one that feels God's call on their lives to brave all odds and come to the Seminary. Also Encourage those who desire to become counselors, church planters and good Sunday school teachers in our churches to come. Encourage women too to come because we have special courses for them.

BEST MOURNS THE DEMISE OF THE LONE BROTHER OF THE NEWLY APPOINTED PROVOST OF BEST

It was on Tuesday 19th August 2025, that the news of the passing unto glory of the lone brother of the Newly appointed provost of BEST was announced. It was heart breaking to receive such a news admist celebration 🍾 😢 of a recent appointment.
In all, the Lord gives and He has taken. Who are we to question God?

Accept our condolences sir. We pray that May God comfort you and encourage you through these hard times as you mourn the lose of your beloved brother. Mbeng Jude be encouraged.

NEW UPDATES FROM Baptist Evangelical School of Theology - Best Fundong.

God in His faithfulness and loving kindness has done great things again for BEST.

Firstly, BEST now has a new Director. BEST has been blessed with a new Director, one who has been tested and proven to be fit for the job. He is Rev. Mbeng Jude, the former Academic Dean of the same institution. A position he had held for over 8 years. He is a Masters Degree holder and was serving as the District Pastor of Belo District prior to his appointment.

Pastor. Nges Richard has now been made the Academic Dean. ( congratulations sirs)

2) The affiliation with Ballsbridge University has been sealed. So, to this effect, all Bth Degrees from BEST FUNDONG are now recognized.

3) Departmentalisation. BEST now runs three different departments at the Bachelors Degree level. These being; Missions, Pastoral counseling and Theology and Biblical studies. Note, this specialization is only done at the Bth level.

The school is being improved to improve your training. Find a reason to study with BEST.

WHAT A NEWS!!!

It was today, Tuesday 22nd July 2025 that the Executive President of the Cameroon National Baptist Convention (CNBC), Rev Teh Francis Yai, did an official launching for the building of modern dormitories for our seminary, Baptist Evangelical School of Theology (BEST) Fundong.
This mouth watering project is to ensure that students of this institution enjoy their stay as well as their studies in this lone seminary of the Convention. This project officially kick start tomorrow, Wednesday 23rd, July 2025.

May God bless his efforts and richly enrich him for more outstanding projects, as we hope and pray that God uses him to bless BEST with many of such good things.
