Samara Heritage Farm & Kitchen

Samara Heritage Farm & Kitchen Samara Heritage Farm is dedicated to the preservation of rare breeds unique to Canada. We believe in old-fashioned practices for modern day farming.

Samara Heritage Farm is named for the delicate, winged seeds of maple trees, called samaras. The maple tree is an iconic piece of Canadian history, and we believe our Canadian breeds are too. We strive to conserve our chosen breeds, while practicing ethical and sustainable farming methods. Each one of our animals is loved, cared for and treated with respect and humanity. We support local when sourcing the products and services we need, and integrate an old-fashioned approach into our every day farm practices. We believe in education and understanding of the farm-to-table journey, and we pride ourselves on our open, honest and informative relationship with our customers.
