6th Vancouver Island Championships -- registration open Registration is open for the 6th annual Vancouver Island Karate Championships! March 9th in Nanaimo (Dover Bay Secondary School). This year there will also be a visiting Japanese team entering providing some great international exposure!

Solid results at the Victoria Open Karate Championships this weekend for us at Sooke Shukokai Karate - 6 medals for the team and a Judge A certification for Sensei Nick

With the Karate BC Provincials last weekend, our main tournament season is done... but we're gonna have a blast with the last one before summer - the Victoria Open. Details will be shared on that one soon!
