Another wonderful seminar weekend has been completed! Thank you so much to our friend and teacher, Sozen sensei for his excellent lessons, powerful insights, and his inspiring way of teaching. Thank you to all of our participants who persevered, and worked hard during a VERY hot weekend! Without all of you we could not hold these events. Hope to see you all next year!

We are very excited to announce that Sōzen Larsen Kusano (6th dan Tenshin Shoden Katori Shinto Ryu) will be returning to Canada this summer to lead a weekend seminar from July 11-13. Spaces are extremely limited so if you are interested in attending please message us asap. These seminars are always an amazing time filled with learning, fellowship and fun!!

An excellent day of training with friends from Toronto, Pittsburgh, and Sherbrooke Quebec. Thank you all for your efforts on such a hot, humid day. We hope to see you all again soon!

We had a great visit from Alex last weekend! He’s been away in Norway for the last couple of years. We had a lot of fun training together again. Thanks Alex!

We had a great time this weekend! The fine people from Niagara Historical Fencing came out for an introduction to Katori Shinto Ryu. We spent the afternoon training followed by a delicious potluck meal. Thank you to all who attended, and to the Jigan dojo students, Joe, Adam, and Joseph for all of their help. 😊
