Wondering how to pick up and address your mail/package? Here’s what you need to know! 📦✨

If you’re in Lowenberger or Village, Amazon orders can be picked up from the Amazon Locker in Lowenberger, while other packages are collected from the South Service Desk.

Mail can be picked up from the mailboxes in the Lowenberger lobby.

If you live in DeCew or Vallee, both your mail and packages are picked up from the SNAILE lockers and mailboxes in DeCew Stairwell 14.

For Earp and Residence 8, you’ll collect both mail and packages from the SNAILE lockers and mailboxes in the Residence 8 lobby. Larger packages can be picked up at the Service Desk.

If you’re in Quarry View, packages are delivered to your unit, and mail is picked up from the Canada Post superboxes outside the building.
