SET A TIMER
You know when you watch the end of a Leafs' game and they are scrambling trying to score and tie it up?

And you are hanging onto every play?

That happens because there's pressure.

The clock is almost at zero and they are nearly out of time.

You and I are made from the same DNA and have the ability to crank it up when there's pressure.

If you have something critical you need to get done and don't want it to drag on and on...

Set a timer.

30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes (my preference), whatever it is...

This will create pressure and help you focus and get s**t done.

I like to use this method at the beginning of my day for the most important task I have.

(I'm using it right now as I write this email)

Crush it and move on to the easy stuff.

Back when I was a newbie stock investor one of the biggest mistakes I made was not having a system.

So instead of looking for chart patterns and good companies to invest in…
