Imagine a Canada where no one is left out. A Canada that does not just accommodate disability, but one that is disability inclusive from the start. That is the Canada we are creating – for everyone.
This week is National AccessAbility Week (NAAW), which runs this year from May 29 - June 4, 2022. This year’s theme is “Inclusive from the start”.

Are your forms, documents and posters accessible?
Did you know that the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (A.O.D.A.) requires that organizations ensure that access to information and web content be accessible? That means when you post a document online it must be accessible.
May 19th is Global Accessibility Awareness Day (G.A.A.D.)! It's a day to talk, think, and learn about digital access and inclusion. More than 6.2 million Canadians experience disability and encounter barriers in physical, educational, and technical environments. Designing with accessibility in mind makes access to information available to everyone.
Please join us for an online webinar that will provide you with a brief and introductory overview of best practices in document accessibility using Microsoft Word and will introduce you to some tools you may not even know you had.
