Come cheer on the HTA Boys’ Knights rugby team as they compete for the South Central Zone Championship against Bow Valley/Cochrane. Game is at the Calgary Rugby Union on Friday, May 29th. Kick-off is at 4:00 PM. Go Knights! 🖤🏉💚

What a season for the HTA Senior Girls Rugby team!
Undefeated at the Pirates Tournament.
Champions of the Clearwater Cup.
Undefeated through league play.
Zone Champions.
And after an incredible provincial run, bringing home the 4A/5A Provincial Silver Medal. 🥈Congratulations Knights! 💚🏉🖤

Our Band students had an incredible week last week at the provincial festival in Red Deer. Congratulations to our Grade 10 Symphonic Band on receiving a Superior rating after an intensive performance, sight reading and adjudication process!
A huge bravo as well to our Grade 11/12 Wind Ensemble, who earned a Superior+ rating and were awarded the prestigious Adjudicator’s Choice Award. Out of 154 bands competing, only 4 groups received this honour.
We are so proud of our student musicians for representing our school with such excellence, passion, and talent! 💚🖤

Congratulations to our Senior Girls and Senior Boys Basketball teams on receiving Sport Recognition Awards for their outstanding seasons! 💚🏀🖤
The Boys captured their first-ever Provincial 5A banner, while our Girls qualified for Provincials for the first time in 15 years! 🏀🥇🏆
We would also like to recognize Mr. Aiello for an incredible 29 years of coaching dedication. Thank you, Coach Aiello, for your commitment to our basketball program and the many student-athletes you’ve inspired over the years!

Next week is a big week for our Fine Arts Department! Join us for the Art Show and Short Plays on Monday, June 1, and the Pops Concert on Wednesday, June 3. Both evenings are sure to showcase the incredible talent, creativity, and hard work of our students. We hope to see you there! 🎨🎭🖌🎶🎵
