Learn to Run and Walk with ease and efficiency with ChiRunning and Walking.
ChiRunning and Walking is all about running smarter rather than harder.
It was absolutely difficult when I started my long-distance running journey in 2010; after discovering ways to better my run, I came upon Danny Dreyer and his ChiRunning and Walking program, which helps runners like me improve their sport. It gave me the confidence I needed not just to run the distance but to enjoy the kilometres with each step.
I found this video of myself running at the Crescent Point Regional Fieldhouse on a cold winter day in 2018 when I was first certified to teach this program.
I will be teaching a set of 8 classes at this indoor track starting next week. No previous running experience is required; this program is also for walkers.
