Beautiful way to look at life.

Life gets clearer when you learn where to focus and when to start again.
Life is like a camera. What you focus on shapes what you see. When your attention stays on the wrong things, everything feels blurry and overwhelming. But when you choose what truly matters, your perspective sharpens and your days begin to feel more meaningful.
Capture the good times while they are here. The laughs, the small wins, the quiet moments that bring peace. These are the memories that carry you when life feels heavy. Do not rush past them. Pause. Be present. Let joy live fully instead of saving it for later.
Develop from the negatives. Hard moments are not wasted moments. Pain teaches lessons that comfort never could. Growth happens when you reflect instead of resent, when you learn instead of quit. Even the darkest frames can shape a stronger version of you.
And if things do not work out, take another shot. Life does not end because one plan failed. You are allowed to try again with more wisdom, more clarity, and more courage. Adjust your focus, trust the process, and keep moving forward. The next picture might be the one that changes everything.

Co-regulation is a very useful tool especially for younger children and those who struggle to self-regulate.
“Children don’t leap from meltdown to calm on their own. They first need the steady presence of a caring adult to co-regulate, before learning the skills of self-regulation. And when things go wrong, repair is the bridge that restores connection and trust.”
