Another golf tournament - later in the summer and in support of the SRCF Learning Centre for Niagara.

It's that time of year again! Dust off the golf clubs and get together with friends for a good time in support of the Scottish Rite The Scottish Rite Charitable Foundation of Canada.

Somewhere in the crowd are 3 tutors from the Learning Centre for Hamilton. They reported that the conference was a huge success: lots of networking and idea sharing, lots of new and useful information and tools, and lots of friendly people. Thanks to the good folks at the SR Learning Centre Halifax for hosting!

Something to think about!

At a wonderful ceremony held at Liuna Station on April 27 one of our awesome tutors, Donna M., received a pin and certificate in recognition of her 5 years of volunteering at the SRCF Learning Centre for Hamilton. Congratulations and a big THANK YOU to Donna!

The Committee for the Learning Centre for Niagara recently met with St. Catharines Mayor Mat Siscoe to discuss how he might be able to assist in the success of this very exciting (and necessary) project for the Niagara Region. Following the meeting, Mayor Siscoe presented Ill. Bro. Brent Julian 33° with a Certificate of Congratulations in recognition of his appreciation to the Scottish Rite Charitable Foundation for bringing this much needed Learning Centre to our community.
