The McMaster Chapter of the Canadian Society of Epidemiology and Biostatistics (CSEB) will be hosting our first event of the year - Masters Panel And Networking Night!!

This speaker event will consist of amazing opportunities to learn about careers and pathways in science, as well as networking with professionals in the field! The event will take place on November 24 from 6 to 8 PM. Discussion topics will include life in healthcare careers, what happens after university, introduction to professional education, and much more! This is a perfect opportunity to directly ask these experts questions in a panel discussion, and network with them in breakout rooms. The McMaster chapter of the Canadian Society for Epidemiology and Biostatistics is excited to be recruiting new executive members for our club! McMaster CSEB offers an interdisciplinary approach for undergraduate and graduate students to explore their interests in Epidemiology and Biostatistics through networking with students and professionals alike. We aim to build undergraduate research capacity, with a focus on clinical research, the application of statistics in medicine, and writing capabilities. During this recruitment round, our open positions include VP Academics, VP Communications, and First-Year Reps.
