Don’t spend ten minutes waiting for the pec deck, try the incline pec fly instead 😉 !! Our trainer Sabastian is here to show you how to use this underrated piece of equipment!

Located at the back of Level 0 by the climbing wall, the incline pec fly is a perfect changeup from the typical pec fly. It’s a bit more a challenge due to the incline nature, as you’re working against the weight you add and gravity, so try the machine out before you add weight to it.

If you need other pec deck alternatives, ask the trainers at the front desk! We hope you try this one out during your next push workout 😁

Welcome back to Monday Motivation! 💥

Our trainer Raheema is showing off our Viking Press AND calf machine!

This machine is located near the back of level 0, just past the cable machines. The machine is cool because you can use it for two completely different movements and muscle groups! 💪🦵

Always remember to adjust to your liking before using, and when using for the first time, try it with little to no weight to get a feel for it.
