Financial assistance available. Brigs is a charitable organization dedicated to building leadership, self-efficacy and self-esteem in youth aged 13-18.
Registered charity offering by-youth-for-youth leadership programs that develop personal, social, and practical skills for youth 13-18 years old, through tall ship sailing and maintenance. This is accomplished through the peer-to-peer delivery of challenging programs aboard our traditionally-rigged vessel, with a focus on safety and the creation of positive and memorable experiences on board. HAMILTON HARBOUR
SEPTEMBER 26TH--27TH
Learn to sail a tall ship and enjoy a night on the water for a unique outdoor experience this September--no sailing experience necessary.
Join a group of adventurous adults in Hamilton Harbour for a fun weekend of setting sails, climbing in the rigging, steering the ship and cooking and sleeping on a Brigantine.

After 5 beautiful days of sailing, Course #4 finishes up in Penetanguishene today.
Our crew were treated to an epic display of shooting stars as the Perseid meteor shower reached it's peak this week. ⚓️🌠⚓️

We love sailing and are thankful to Captain Christine for having us aboard a few times now.
Sailing on this ship is so peaceful. ♥️

Course #4 begins, 5 days of sailing from Collingwood to Penetanguishene.
We will sail through the islands of the Beausoleil First Nation and into Severn Sound. Depending on the weather, we may sail up to the 30,000 Islands and Parry Sound area.
Our crew will enjoy sailing by the stars, sunrises and sunsets and swimming off the ship on hot days. ⚓️⚓️⚓️
