We offer Grades 7-12 in addition to university preparatory and students can choose from a wide range of subjects that match their interests.

On Sep 28, our DECA officers and cluster leads attended the annual Fall Symposium at Chateau Le Jardin in Woodbridge!

It was an amazing experience filled with learning, inspiration, and being able to meet new people!

We’re excited to bring everything we learned back to our chapter and continue making the most of this DECA year.

✨For the 44th time, the CIC community came together for our annual Terry Fox Run (Terry Fox Foundation), continuing a tradition that has been part of Columbia International College since 1982.

For many generations of Canadians, Terry Fox’s story has been a reminder that one person’s courage, determination, and vision can inspire an entire nation.

More than just a run, today was a chance for our CIC community to honour Terry’s legacy and celebrate the power of perseverance, compassion, and community. ❤️
In 44 years, our community has raised over $240,000! 🌍✨

This incredible milestone wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication, teamwork, and planning of our Student Leaders - Community Service Prefects, Student Council, Athletic Council, and General Student Council.
And of course, a huge shoutout to our Student Media Team for being there to capture the energy, smiles, and unforgettable moments that will keep this year’s Terry Fox Run alive in our memories.

Meet Sijia Kuang, a high-achieving Elite Pathway student who turned new challenges into opportunities to grow, explore, and discover her path.

With customized academic support through CIC’s Total Care Education System® Sijia earned offers from several top universities for business, including University of Toronto, Western University’s Ivey Business School and Rotman Commerce.

She could also pushed herself beyond the classroom through her participation in DECA, Model United Nations, and other leadership initiatives, 🎓

50 feet off the ground, leadership isn’t just about standing at the front—it’s about standing together. 🌲

For our Student Leadership Team, it looks like courage, trust, teamwork, and stepping up for one another.

Yesterday, our Student Leadership Team headed to McMaster ALTITUDE to tackle high-ropes challenges and outdoor team games, laying a strong foundation for the year ahead. Stepping way out of their comfort zones, these student leaders put real principles into practice across every activity:

▪️ Active Encouragement: Shouting words of support and lifting each other up when fatigue set in.

▪️ Collaborative Safety: Trusting peer-led safety protocols and keeping clear communication every step of the way.

▪️ Shared Leadership: Proving that true strength comes from navigating tough obstacles right alongside your team.

We wrapped up the day around the bonfire—roasting S’mores, sharing stories, and enjoying plenty of laughs. 🔥

It was the kind of day that brings people closer, builds deep trust, and leaves you with memories that stick around long after the ropes come down.
