All it takes is 1 hour a day.
Nevertheless weekends are dangerous.
Day 2
A huge weakness for challenges like this is overdoing it early on and quickly realizing you'll burn out if you keep working. Try not to let that happen and keep the work ethic consistent rather than sporadic
DAY 1
Why wait for a Monday, the first day of the month, or the first day of the year to start. We make excuses to put off reaching our goals all the time, but the truth is that today is as good a day as any to start working towards them.
